The new CEGH General Terms and Conditions Version 1.8 (AB B-VHP 1.8) have been approved by Energie-Control Austria.
The amendments to AB B-VHP concern the implementation of the new gas balancing rules in accordance with the Gas Market Model Ordinance for the Austrian gas market.
The AB B-VHP 1.8 will come into force at the beginning of the Gas Day 1 October 2022 with the implementation of the new balancing model and are below available for download:
